This initial study concludes with the identification of priorities for action against educational exclusion in each region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:45%\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/personales.gestion.unican.es\/ruizlj\/fase.svg\" alt=\"Segunda fase\" width=\"100\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Participatory and local interpretive-transformative phase (phase 3 and 4):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim is to develop participatory improvement projects in response to the needs identified in the previous phases.
